When a query is raised via the help centre, a unique ticket number is generated and provided to the client. The client can use the ticket number to track the progress of responses via mobile app or web platform.

Once the client raises a query, the issue is investigated and responded to the client on a best effort basis. A call is made to clients and additional clarification is sought in cases where it is necessary.

An interim response is sent to the client with timelines if the resolution requires more time due to the complexity of the query.
